Dear reader,

Welcome to Axia's June
"Monthly Round-Up" Newsletter

Welcome to Axia-ASD’s June “Monthly Round-Up”, a month of much change, albeit mostly “behind the scenes”. We welcomed Carly in her move to Chester, reported on the call for “Autism Cures” to be made illegal and how “Autism Packs” were now being sent to GP’s, along with sharing our “provisional draft” of Axia’s “Autism Alert Card” as it evolves.

As always, there are Calvin’s film reviews for the Axia Film Society, and the recipe for the well received “Pineapple and Coconut Cake” at this months Post-Diagnostic Support Group is the “Cake of the Month”.

“WARCRAFT”I mentioned a few weeks ago when I reviewed the Angry Birds movie that video game movies don’t tend to do well and are usually reviled by general audiences, critics and gamers alike and I think that’s down to various factors. In the old days when we were having adaptations like the Mario Bros or Streetfighter the video game companies …
