This appointment is designed to help us understand what has brought you to AXIA, the questions you may have and the support or assessment you are considering. Together, we can explore which pathway is most appropriate for your individual circumstances.
You may leave feeling confident that a full assessment is the right next step, or we may identify another AXIA service or pathway that better meets your needs. If you go on to book a full assessment, the cost of your Pre-assessment is deducted from the assessment price.
