“Approaching Autistic Adulthood: The Road Less Travelled” by Grace Liu (2021) is a charming, honest and brave account of her own, personal journey towards self acceptance that gives you hope that you can navigate your way through too.

She shares her coping strategies, suggesting ways in which you could help yourself too.

It’s well thought out and easy to read, with gentle humour throughout. There are many quotes from this book that I could leave here but – no spoilers! Pick it up yourself, it’s worth a read (I can understand why its popularity has soared all over social media).
