Axia’s Post-Diagnostic Support Group Dates for 2025

See below dates for our 2025 PDSG sessions. As usual all dates are a Wednesday and the group will run from 12pm – 2pm in the Paddock Room at Chester Racecourse.

  • 29th January
  • 12th March
  • 23rd April
  • 4th June
  • 16th July
  • 27th August
  • 1st October
  • 19th November
  • 17th December

If you have been diagnosed through Axia and you require an appointment letter for your employer/education provider, please contact us with your name, DOB and email address.

    Much appreciated. Also looking forward to viewing the 13th November PDSG. For this overseas resident, PDSG is my sole point of contact with people of similar experience; not only abroad, but also at home in the UK. Thanks! 🙂
