Survey on Post Diagnostic support for the GM Autism Post Diagnosis working groups

This is a survey on Post Diagnostic support after an Autism diagnosis for Autistic people and Family members in the Salford and Greater Manchester area.

This survey has been developed to support the work of the GM Autism Post Diagnosis working groups. There are separate groups for children and adults and purpose of the groups are to develop standards in relation to a Greater Manchester Post Diagnostic offer.

For this survey we want to hear about the lived experience of autistic children and adults as well as family members. We need this information to understand what is currently available and what the gaps still are.
