Sincere thanks to Dr Luke Beardon for his thought provoking presentation on “Reasonable Adjustments for Autistic Adults”, in which he goes into concepts of “energy exchange” and “Autistic Courtesy” among many other things.
It appears I inadvertently deleted slide 21 whilst editing the video, however a PDF of the presentation can be found below, along with the recording of the event for those of you who were unable to attend.

Actually it’s hard to find adequate words to say what effect Luke’s presentation had for me.
Uplifting and validating are the closest I came up with.
To be with Axia and the other attendees AND Luke was really empowering.
It’s hard to hang on to that feeling, now I’m back in PNT world.
But how lucky we are to have Linda and her team with access to such a wealth of knowledge and understanding and support.
It really blows my mind to think how much in the minority we are, and how little help others less fortunate than us can access.
THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.
Thank you Helen for such fabulous feedback! We are so pleased you get so much from the PDSG – and yes, Luke is wonderful! :0)
Amazing feedback thank you so much
It’s a pleasure and a privilege to be with you all
Another big thank you to all of the above 🙂
We appreciate your thanks
