I suppose not every news item can start positively. This month we bring some less than good news. Dr Buchan currently has an injury to her shoulder but is soldiering on with the support of Calvin, Nerd Consultant and Chef here at Axia ASD Ltd.
There have been changes to our website which we hope you all like. This comes with the addition of (drum roll please) Axia ASD Ltd’s very own film society facilitated by Calvin. We currently have one film up for review, shortly to be joined by two more so please feel welcome to pop in from time to time to see the new reviews and also provide feedback which would be most welcome!
The Dyspraxia Conference is fast approaching – if you would like a space please contact Carly for further details…. This looks like it is going to be a very exciting day and we hope you all enjoy it!
Axia ASD Ltd is ever expanding and developing and if you have any ideas of ways we could improve we would love to hear from you!
Carly would also like to take this opportunity to apologise for anyone experiencing difficulties in getting through on our telephone number. Carly is currently working from a different site and therefore unable to answer the telephone. However, please be assured that all voice mail messages are listened to and responded to. During this time, you may wish to use email as your first line of communication with Axia ASD Ltd. carly@axia-asd.co.uk Please be assured that all emails are dealt with in strict confidence.
We are going through some very exciting times this year which we hope to keep you fully updated of. We have started to receive referrals through the National Health Service from another Clinical Commissioning Group and we are attending the local adult post-diagnostic support group held in Crewe on a monthly basis (on donated time). For further information about attending this support group which is now facilitated by people with Autism Spectrum Disorder themselves please feel welcome to contact:
Mick Rimmington by email on info@cheshire-autism.co.uk who would be able to talk you through the finer details.
I hope you enjoy reading our news updates, however, if you feel there is anything missing or something you would like to read more about please feel welcome to contact:
Carly on 01244 56 76 56 or email on carly@axia-asd.co.uk
