Thriving With Adult Dyspraxia – Book Review

Thriving With Adult Dyspraxia

It’s an excellent “missing manual” for adults with dyspraxia: It’s very helpful in defining the condition for myself and so that I can explain to others.

The book is full of “aha” moments that contextualise difficult experiences in my memory, offering clarity and recognition. The self-help guidance – and guides to professional help – feel impactful and meaningful.

I also found it comfortable to read, with short paragraphs and chapters, and I could tell a lot of thought had gone into the structure and overall organisation.

It’s consistent and high quality, and it offers support and hope to people that can struggle with dyspraxia.
