“Happiness” – PDSG Presentation by Sarah Hendrickx

Following the successful recording of this very engaging presentation given to our PDSG on Wednesday, we are pleased to be able to share the talk in its entirity. The audio from the audience is a little hard to hear at times, but due to the interactive nature of the talk I think it is sufficient and the presentation retains it’s “flow”.

Our thanks to Sarah, and we sincerely hope you enjoy this as much as we did at the group meeting!

  1. Helen says:

I thought that Sarah’s presentation was excellent in every way. It was a reminder to myself to try to aim for some happiness in my daily life, rather than just getting on and doing what is expected and needed of me (which also includes masking most of the time)
It was really useful to hear members of the group chipping in with very valid points, and to feel that Sarah had the helm of the meeting firmly in control.
    Thank you very much Sarah.
Many thanks to Dream for such a great recording too.
    Kindest regards
    Helen
