We were delighted to be asked to speak at the forthcoming National Autistic Society’s Professionals Conference taking place on 7 and 8 March 2017 to provide a service provider viewpoint as part of a panel of speakers discussing Quality vs cost dilemma: balancing the tensions between decreasing budgets and delivering good person-centred services.
Firstly, I would like to introduce our Team “Meet-the-Team” which consists of various disciplines and provides a vast amount of knowledge and expertise that together makes Axia ASD Ltd.
To provide a brief overview of the services we, at Axia ASD Ltd offer as well as the diagnostic process itself include our unique monthly post-diagnostic support group which has been and continues to be co-produced with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, our own Film Society where we review films on a weekly basis and welcome reviews on a range of film and media and our Facebook and Twitter accounts in an attempt to provide innovative and creative ways of interacting with our clients during and beyond accessing services from Axia ASD Ltd.
We are particularly excited to share our practice with attendees of the Professionals Conference and would very much welcome questions from delegates.

Pleased for you, that’s how I feel about the September 2018 Conference which people with autism who want to go have the chance to attend. It’s one of my Proudest achievement’s to have brought up the idea of a 2018 Conference and to be voted for by most of the group. It’s point of principal, I believe People with Autism have as much right as anyone else to attend an autism Conference.
