Participants Needed – Exploring the Experiences of South Asian Autistic Women

Who Can Take Part?

  • Women (assigned female at birth and identify as women – also known as cisgender)
  • Identify as South Asian (e.g. Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Bhutanese, or Maldivian heritage)
  • Diagnosed or self-identify as autistic at age 18 or older
  • Born in the UK or moved here before age 5
  • Fluent in English

What is involved?

  • Remote interview lasting 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Sharing your experiences related to autism
  • Reimbursement for your time
  • Potential risk of emotional distress due to the personal nature of the interview questions (you can choose not to answer any questions or stop the interview at any time if you feel uncomfortable)
