Full refunds will be given and a new date will be released shortly.Thank you all for your continued support, and we apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.

This decision was made without Axia’s knowledge or agreement
Thank you for telling us this Linda, I imagine that you are all as shocked and disappointed as we are.
I am now awaiting a refund for the cost of two tickets, however the overnight accommodation that we had booked for the Thursday night is non refundable.

Sorry about your overnight accommodation being Non Refundable. I’m more lucky I hadn’t yet booked Accommodation. Last year I went to a Conference with another Organisation at Aintree, Liverpool that was Cancelled. The Organisation did refund my Accommodation. But I don’t want to Falsely raise your Hope’s Helen. The Circumstances were very different I only found out when I arrived in Liverpool the Day before the Conference was due to happen, when I went to check the Aintree Venue.
That’s why I appreciate Axia having the Consideration and Common Sense to warn us as soon as they were informed by the organisation about the Conference been Cancelled, so unfortunately you may not be able to get a Refund, but perhaps you could still try and contact the Organisation to see if they will Refund the Cost of Your Accommodation.
