I’m really grateful to you for sharing this. The lockdown situation is making life very hard and there are extra pressures.
I feel I’m having to mask even more; and under pressure to help in ways that are demanding extra of me.

Yes I agree it is helpful to have anything every day that is quite repetitive and the same in some ways. I actually like it when Linda repeats things, even though she may think this is annoying-on the contrary it is not annoying when people repeat things
